What happens to my work?
Text drafts, transcripts and versions are kept as long as your account and the service exist — whether or not you pay. Raw audio recordings are kept for 30 days (download the original right after recording). If you delete your account, everything is removed after you've had the chance to export. If ChatScript ever shuts down, we'll give advance notice and keep exports open.
